How CIRC-HIIT sessions work

At CIRC-HIIT, every session is coach-led, welcoming, and built around our motto: Mindset • Fitness • Community.


To make it easier to choose the right workout, we run a weekly structure of session types — each with a clear “promise” — so you always know what you’re booking, and our coaching stays consistent.


Whether you’re a complete beginner or training regularly, every session is scalable and coached with options so you feel challenged without feeling out of your depth.

Community

 At the heart of our mission lies the essence of community. Since 2022, we have cultivated a vibrant collective of dedicated, hardworking, and inspirational individuals spanning various fitness levels. Here, egos are set aside at the entrance!


Prepare to encounter a community of like-minded, friendly, and supportive warriors, each sharing the common objective of enhancing both their physical and mental well-being.


Location

The CIRC-HIIT Arena is located inside the The Verulam Estate at 224 London Rd, St Albans - a short walk from St Albans City Thameslink railway station. 


Unit 4 is on the second floor accessed via stairs through a shared entrance with Strike Force Combat. There is plenty of FREE parking and bathroom facilities available.

Zak & Giuseppe - CIRC-HIIT (Signature) Mon & Weds: 6.30pm

 Zak - Personal Trainer and Former National Level Gymnast

Maisie: Mondays - 6.15am

  Full-Time Personal Trainer with a big love for strength training and functional fitness. 


I originally studied Psychology, but just over a year ago, I took the jump away from my 9-5 and turned my passion for all things fitness into a career. I coach a lovely mix of people from complete beginners just starting their gym journey, to clients training for events like HYROX. 


My focus is simple: helping people build strength and confidence, both in fitness and in everyday life, in a way that feels empowering, enjoyable, and is actually sustainable

Brad: Fridays - 11.00am

    I have been personal training and instructing classes for a few years now and have found it to be so rewarding for both me, my clients and class members.


I come from a boxing background which gives me a variety of experience that I include in my training. 


Expect to see a lot of that coming to CIRC-HIIT very soon

Zak

 With a background in high-level gymnastics and over 14 years as a qualified personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and a positive mindset through training. 


My philosophy is “Get comfortable with the uncomfortable,” encouraging growth in a supportive and welcoming environment.


 Having competed in HYROX, you’ll see this style of training in our Thursday CIRC-ROX / Cross HIIT sessions and the CIRC Rep Challenge — fun, full-body workouts designed to challenge all energy systems and leave you feeling stronger and accomplished. 

Giuseppe

Having been Circuit Training for over 20 years, I found it to be the best way to to not only build strength and endurance in your body but to also harness resilience in mind - something that carried me through to the final of SAS: Who Dares Wins back in 2018.  

 

I've been Instructing classes for over 6 Years now and we've developed a modern, hybrid modality of functional fitness combining the principles of tried-and-tested circuit training with time-efficient HIIT training. 


You'll feel great after class - perfect for the morning session - leaving you packed full of energy and determination to take on the rest of your day.
