What To Expect - Class Structure

 Join us for an energising hour-long session designed to give you a full-body boost. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, then guide you through stations focusing on lower body, upper body, core, and cardio exercises. To finish, you’ll enjoy a relaxing cool-down with stretching and breathing that leaves you refreshed, strong, and ready for whatever comes next.

 At the heart of our mission lies the essence of community. Since 2022, we have cultivated a vibrant collective of dedicated, hardworking, and inspirational individuals spanning various fitness levels. Here, egos are set aside at the entrance!

Location

The CIRC-HIIT Arena is located inside the The Verulam Estate at 224 London Rd, St Albans - a short walk from St Albans City Thameslink railway station. Unit 4 is on the second floor accessed via stairs through a shared entrance with Strike Force Combat. There is plenty of free parking and bathroom facilities available.
