What To Expect - Class Structure

 Join us for a transformative hour-long session where we guide you through a dynamic experience. Begin with a thorough warm-up, transition into the main event featuring multiple stations focusing on Lower Body, Upper Body, Core, and Cardiovascular exercises. Conclude the session with a calming cool-down, incorporating stretching and breathing exercises that leave you feeling strong and fully prepared to conquer your next challenge!

Location

The Chapel is a large hall in the heart of Shenley, perfect for holding a multi-station fitness class. There is plenty of free parking and bathroom facilities available.
