Purchases
Memberships & Payments
1. Elite & Squad Memberships are charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase until the end of that month. Future Direct Debit payments are scheduled for the 1st of each month for the duration of your membership. Direct Debits can take up to 5 working days to process.
2. If your Direct Debit payment fails, access to classes may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to recover any unpaid amounts and charge reasonable administrative fees for failed payments.
3. If you have booked a Squad Membership for 2 people, both members must register for an account. The primary member will remain responsible for all payments and any breaches of these Terms by the secondary member. Please email circhiit@gmail.com to add the secondary member to your squad.
Cancellations
4. Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. This usually means one final payment will be taken after notice, and your membership will continue until the end of that paid period.
5. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to circhiit@gmail.com.
6. If you cancel your Direct Debit mandate with less than 30 days’ notice, your membership will end immediately and no further payments will be taken. However, in this case, access to sessions will cease at the end of the period already paid for.
Examples:
• If notice is given on 15th May, your final payment will be taken on 1st June, and your membership will remain active until 30th June.
• If you cancel your Direct Debit before 1st June, your membership will end on 31st May, with no further payments taken.
Bundles & Passes
7. Bundle Packages begin their respective 8/12-week expiry period from the date of purchase.
8. Bundles, passes, and PAYG sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Price Updates
9. Membership and session prices may be amended at any time. Members will be given up to 30 days’ notice via email or by publication on our Website.
